Meet-up at Charbar in the Simmons Building at 618 Confluence Way SE. We’ll enjoy a burger and local beer there and a Phil and Sebastian coffee along with a Sidwalk Citizen cookie before walking the few short blocks to Studio Bell at The National Music Centre. Here we’ll enjoy a private tour of the top 10 highlights of Canadian music. A short stroll away we’ll walk past Fort Calgary and revive ourselves with appetizers and a cocktail at Deane House. Back along the confluence of the Elbow and Bow Rivers we’ll walk for a toast to the town at Rooftop Bar and Patio at Simmons.

Meet at Charbar in the Simmons Building at 618 Confluence Way S.E. There's ample parking all around the building. We'll start with burgers and beverages and meet and do tastings at the neighbours in the building - Phil and Sebastian coffee roasters and Sidewalk Citizen Bakery. We'll stroll through heritage buildings and modern architecture that wows to make our way to Studio Bell and the National Music Centre for a guided private tour. We'll encounter more history at Fort Calgary as we stop off for appetizers and beverages at Deane House. Following the curve of the river banks we'll end back at Rooftop Bar at the Simmons to toast our experience.

Absolutely not! Our tours combine art and architectural commentary, historical facts, local culture and culinary insight into a unique 2 to 3-hour experience. Imagine walking through Calgary eating our local artisans most delicious foods while learning the neighbuorhoods from real locals.
The tours are held rain, shine, or snow. For tours in winter months, rest assured we’ve planned them so the walk is a short distance between establishments and we’ll spend most of our time cozied up inside. Do check the weather conditions on the day of your tour and dress appropriately – rain gear, toques, mitts, scarves and layers!
Yes – we absolutely do! We can accommodate a variety of special requests (family reunions, birthday parties, gourmet and book club outings, bridal party celebrations, corporate team building or small office parties, convention activities, spousal programs, festival add-ons and more).
All gratuities to our vendor partners have been taken care of in the price of your ticket. Gratuities for your guide are greatly appreciated, although not mandatory. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15%-20%.
