The tours are held rain, shine, or snow. For tours in winter months, rest assured we’ve planned them so the walk is a short distance between establishments and we’ll spend most of our time cozied up inside. Do check the weather conditions on the day of your tour and dress appropriately – rain gear, toques, mitts, scarves and layers!
Please be sure and let us know if you (or anyone in your group) has a dietary restriction (e.g. vegetarian, diabetic, celiac, allergy, etc.) when you purchase your tickets. As long as we know in advance, we can usually accommodate your needs. With humble apologies – most of our tours are not suited to a purely vegan diet.
All gratuities to our vendor partners have been taken care of in the price of your ticket. Gratuities for your guide are greatly appreciated, although not mandatory. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15%-20%.
