Private Tours Available

$10/guest gratuity is added to all private tours so that your guests don’t have to wonder if they need to tip our guides. You’ve already taken care of it.

Plan My Tour

Private tours are a great way to celebrate special occasions or reward your team.

Private tours can be custom built or you can book out an already scheduled tour for your group to enjoy on their own. We require payment for a minimum of people. Payment is due upon booking as we'll be reserving that time for your especially.

  • Our operations manager will guide you through the booking procedure.
  • The minimum payment is for 8 guests during the week and 12 on weekends. You can bring less people if you like but that is the payment needed.
  • We have a maximum of 14 guests per guide. We'll add more guides and stagger times if your group is larger.

We love to work with groups.

With advance notice we can accommodate most allergies and aversions.

Once you book, consider it like theatre or concert tickets - the tickets are transferrable but none-refundable.

What to Expect

Expect the same great quality food offerings and service but enjoy it with the group you’ve put together.

Reserve one of our already scheduled tours or ask us for a special date or custom tour option

We run private tours year round pending guide and vendor availability.

Have questions? Here's the most frequently asked.

Yes – we absolutely do! We can accommodate a variety of special requests (family reunions, birthday parties, gourmet and book club outings, bridal party celebrations, corporate team building or small office parties, convention activities, spousal programs, festival add-ons and more).

The tours are held rain, shine, or snow. For tours in winter months, rest assured we’ve planned them so the walk is a short distance between establishments and we’ll spend most of our time cozied up inside. Do check the weather conditions on the day of your tour and dress appropriately – rain gear, toques, mitts, scarves and layers!

More FAQs

I loved my first tour so much that I booked all of the rest of food tours that Calgary Food Tours has to offer this year. I went with my friends AND I did an office team building event and everyone absolutely loved every single vendor and food and drink offering. I highly recommend this experience.
