Karen Anderson founded Alberta Food Tours, Inc. in Calgary in 2006 and serves as President and CEO. She is certified by Food Tour Pros and leads a staff of 17 who deliver tours in Calgary, Canmore and Edmonton, Alberta. Anderson also leads edible escapes to India annually.
When not touring, Anderson writes about food and travel for CBC Radio, Apple Magazine, City Palate, Avenue and WestJet magazines. She is an IPPY and Taste Canada award-winning cookbook author for A Spicy Touch – Family Favourites from Noorbanu Nimji’s Kitchen with her Indian cooking mentor Noorbanu Nimji.

Callandra brings a wealth of knowledge from over 15 years in tourism and event management in Banff and Canmore. Now living in Cochrane she still loves to lead tours in both Canmore and Calgary.
A PR grad of Calgary’s Mount Royal University, Alyssa has worked in small towns and big cities. She was PR manager for Tourism Calgary and Calgary as Cultural Capital in 2012.
Regan is manager of The Cookbook Co. Cooks - Calgary's culinary mecca. She helps us out on our Palate to Palette food and art appreciation tour. She's a fabulous writer and food photographer too.
